Udaipur is the 48th location for stores from the rapidly expanding chain of Reliance Retail. The company opened three Reliance Fresh stores yesterday in Tak Complex, Hiran Magri, and Daitya Magri areas of the city.
The stores will retail food and grocery items, FMCG, kitchen ware, bathroom fittings, home furnishings, apparel, telecom products including mobile phones and recharge coupons, and electrical products.
In an issued statement, Mukesh D Ambani, chairman and managing director, Reliance Retail, said, “This retail offering will deliver partnership between farmers and customers. On the one hand, it will provide affordability, quality, choice of products and services to the consumers, while on the other, it will bring prosperity to the farmers of the nation by giving them better value for their produce.”
Reliance Fresh has a pan-India presence through 485 stores spread across approximately 1.5 million square feet.
