Bata, the footwear retailing brand, has opened its 1,101st store in India in Bengaluru. Spread over 10,000 sq. ft area, this outlet houses about 2,000 styles under one roof.
Actress Huma Qureshi, Global CEO of Bata, Alexis Nasard and Group Managing Director of Bata South Asia, Rajeev Gopalakrishnan unveiled the brand’s largest flagship store.
Commenting on the occasion, Group Managing Director of Bata South Asia, Rajeev Gopalakrishnan said, “We are thrilled at the launch of our largest flagship store in South India. Not only is this our 1,101st store in India but it will also herald our renewed focus on keeping ‘style’ quotient high in all our collections and providing them on an unbeatable price and with our trademark comfort such that the customer has a ‘wow’ experience. So it marks a double achievement and celebration for us.”
The latest Spring Summer 2016 collection currently in the store provides the fashion savvy customer a world of surprising affordable choices in footwear and accessories segment. Bata has renewed focus on infusion of contemporary style across all its offerings at a wow pricing and without compromising on their core strength of comfort in footwear.
The massive store will be housing latest collections for men, women and kids along with lifestyle accessories which are high on style.
The brand retails through over 1,254 shoe stores located in over 500 cities across India with 1,108 Bata, 105 Hush Puppies and 41 Footin Stores.
