Spar Group secures new JV in China

Spar Group Inc, a leading global supplier of retail merchandising and other marketing services, has formed a joint venture with Shanghai Wedone Marketing Consulting Co Ltd in China. The new JV will provide merchandising and marketing services to manufacturers and retailers throughout China.

Spar will own 51 per cent stake in the new JV – Spar (Shanghai) Marketing Management Company Ltd – while Shanghai Wedone Marketing Consulting will own the remaining 49 per cent.
