De Beers is planning to roll out retailing top-end diamond jewellery in India. The company also has plans to expand its range of Nakshatra diamond products.
The company already has six stores in six different countries. De Beers has an equal stakes venture with Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton to retail exclusive diamond jewellery. Company insiders say that India is an important market for them and they have big plans for expanding in the country.
