Times Business Solutions, which already offers courses in journalism and sales, is set to offer a certificate course in retail management, in collaboration with Lady Irwin College. This course will target the increasing need for skilled manpower in the retail industry.
The course will have customer relationship and brand management, retail space, facilities as main area of concentration. The initiative is expected to help address the huge shortage of skilled manpower the industry is facing at the moment.
