Real estate developer Forum Projects plans to set up 10 malls in east India. Investments of over Rs 2,700 crore are lined up for the projects, which are likely to start this fiscal, and the company hopes to complete the work within three years.
In West Bengal, the company will construct malls in areas including Bantala, Eastern Metropolitan Bypass, Rajarhat, Elgin Road and Howrah in Kolkata, as also in Behrampur and Siliguri.
Forum has also tied up with the Silver Spring group to emulate the luxury condominium project in Howrah. The idea is to tap the affluent traders in the area, deprived from modern and high-end housing.
