In a reshuffle of top executives, Dave West who was recently appointed President and CEO of leading confectionery Hershey, has appointed Ted Jastrzebski who had successfully led its venture in India would look to develop its “high potential markets,” in Asia and Latin America.
Last month, the Hershey trust, the controlling shareholder in Hershey, had revamped the company board which saw six directors leave.
J. P. Bilbrey, who has led Hershey’s international operations for four years, has become president of Hershey North America and lead the company’s US and Canadian businesses, according to just-foods.
West’s eight-strong executive team will also include CFO Bert Alfonso and vice president for global Research and Development, Dan Azzara.
He has also promoted chief marketing officer Michele Buck as global chief marketing officer in a move to boost the product.
