Tata Indicom, a unit of Tata Teleservices Ltd, is in the process of introducing a chain of new-look stores in Kerala. The stores will serve as a customer service centre, authorised to offer services including bill payment, VAS services, ISD/STD activation and after-sales service.
The shops are equipped with trained personnel to cater to telecom requirements of customers including post-paid/pre-paid connections and internet access devices.
The stores are already operational in major towns including Cherthala, Alappuzha, Kollam, Manjeri, Palakkad and Thiruvananthapuram.
