Pranay Sinha, the renowned real estate and shopping centre professional, stepped down as president & CEO of Select Infrastructure. Sinha confirmed the news to Indiaretailing, though he declined to reveal what his future engagement will be.
Sinha, in his four-year stint at the company, has been instrumental in creating a concept mall with a unique model – the capital’s Select Citywalk, which has been much appreciated in the industry.
Sinha, an architect by profession, has over 11 years of experience in the retail real estate and shopping centre industry across Southeast Asia, China and India. He has also sported the cap of country head, retail and leisure, at global real estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle in India.
