Shopping Centre Management Master class commences on May 14

Shopping Centre Management Master class, a three-day in-depth training workshop by Images Knowledge House (IKH), is scheduled to begin on May 14 in New Delhi, May 19 in Mumbai, and on June 11 in Bengaluru. The workshop is designed and structured in collaboration with Pranay Sinha, former president and CEO, Select Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

IKH is amalgamation of knowledge, ideas, research and professionals from all verticals of business in the shopping centre and retail industries. The workshop, comprising 12 sessions, has been designed keeping in view the changing and expanding scope of business of retail and shopping centres in India.

The Master class will provide knowledge to enhance participants’ understanding of shopping centre management and train professionals in various applications including financial feasibility studies, identification of right tenant mix, leasing strategies and controlling costs. The training workshop will concentrate on applicability of the skills learnt during the sessions, and will encourage dynamic interaction among learners by encouraging them to complete small assignments, review materials, and discuss business problems and solutions in small groups.

The workshop is beneficial for professionals in the business of shopping centre, real estate, leasing and marketing, and finance. Retailers and brand owners who are seeking retail space at shopping centres are also expected to gain considerably from the workshop.
