A two day seminar on ‘Mapping Customer Intelligence-Know thy Customer’ concluded on September 26 in Mumbai.

The panel of speakers comprised of distinguished corporate decision makers including Partha Dattagupta, CEO and executive director, Barista Coffee Company Ltd, Sandip Tarkas, president – customer strategie,Future Group, Sumit Sahay, head of marketing, Infiniti Retail and Tyrone Almeida, group manager, consumer and market knowledge, Procter & Gamble (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

Several delegates from leading organisations across sectors like telecom, IT, retail, financial services, airlines etc also attended the seminar. The event commenced with a welcome address by Anil Kaul, co-founder and CEO, AbsolutData Research & Analytics.

The seminar explained how advanced analytics is a must to develop a deeper understanding of customers leading to successful marketing strategies.

The seminar was an effective platform to understand how to maximise the value gained from customer data using CI strategies, analyse the range of problems surrounding the way in which data is collected and highlight the importance of analysing customer data to shape and drive strategic marketing decisions.
