Wadhwan Food Retail Private Limited (WFRL), have appointed Rajan Bhalla and Pradeep Chechani as CEO and vice-president for supply chain respectively. Both are expected to report to Ashok Bhasin, managing director, WFRL.
Bhalla will be responsible for marketing for all brands and formats under the WFRL umbrella which includes Spinach, Sabka Bazaar and Smart. His past experience includes being part of McCann, Contract, Whirlpool, Pepsico and HT Media Ltd.
Chechani’s responsibility will be to drive WFRL’s strategic and operational supply chain efforts with focus on accomplishing short term efficiencies and building a long term platform for success. Prior to this, Chechani was with the RPG Group as part of Spencers Retail.
