Mobile handset market leader Nokia has launched its first touchscreen phone — XpressMusic 5800 — in India.
Priced at Rs 22,000, the handset model comes preloaded with AR Rahman’s exclusive nine-track album – Connections.
According to TS Sridhar, regional general manager (south), Nokia India, the gadget is targeted primarily at music enthusiasts.

To promote the model, Nokia came out with teaser ads and online campaigns weeks before the launch, disclosed Sridhar.
