German-based premium fashion brand Hugo Boss has entered into a sourcing deal with Hyderabad-based Pokarna Group for its labels. As part of the deal, Pokarna Group will produce over three lakh shirts annually for Hugo Boss’s international market, reports ET.
“Shipments have already begun. We would be unable to talk specifically about either the quantum of off-take by Hugo Boss or the value of the deal. We have been in discussion with Hugo Boss for about three years before we were able to sign up as a supplier,” quoted Rahul Jain, director, Pokarna Group in the report.
Pokarna Group currently produces Stanza brand among other products.
