Agro Produce Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Mumbai-based Aries Agro Ltd, has signed an MoU with Gujarat government to set up corporate farming and food processing unit in the state. The proposed project will see an investment of Rs 400 million over a period of two years, according to a company filing to Bombay Stock Exchange.
The memorandum was signed at the Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors’ Summit 2009.
The company produces a wide range of food products including mineral premixes, milk boosters, protein concentrates, vitamin premixes, anti-coccidian and anti-bacterial foods.
