Mumbai-based gems and jewellery major Renaissance Jewellery has announcd that the company will hold a meeting of the board of directors on March 25, 2009. The proposed meeting has been scheduled to take on record the certified copy of High Court Order approving Scheme of Amalgamation of Verigold Fine Jewellery and LJ Creations with Renaissance Jewellery.
The company made the announcement in its latest disclosure to Bombay Stock Exchange.
Further, the meeting will also consider and approve the inter se transfer of shares amongst the promoters of the company and their relatives, said the company in the disclosure.
