Shiseido’s new Perfect Rouge collection for lips launched in April brings 20 shades of lipsticks and seven shades of smoothing lip pencil. Shiseido Make-up Artistic Director Dick Page who has created the range classifies the new colors into two categories – everyday wardrobe colors and the surprising colors for bolder self expression. The signature color is called Dragon – in dramatic red.
