Arogya Ayurvedic spa in Worli, Mumbai opened in November 2008. Arogya has other branches in Chennai, Bangalore, Madurai and Ernakulam. The 1,000 square foot spa is owned by the Arya Vaidya Nilayam, an ayurvedic company working in the health sector since 1930. The medicines needed for treatments comprise of some 270 classical preparations and 60 special products, made in their own manufacturing facility. “My vision for Arogya would be to provide the best treatments to my clients so as to benefit them with better health and holistic rejuvenation,” says Dr Rajeev Warrier, Director, Arya Vaidya Nilayam. The interior is inspired by nature, giving the spa a calm and an ecofriendly look. Four new spa treatments have been introduced in February, with, two premium relaxation packages — Jeevani and Nirvana and two rejuvenation packages — Ojasyam and Vishranti. These are recommended to be taken over three consecutive days. Other options include stress relief, weight management, skincare and treatments for disorders.
