Fashion footwear brand Zedds has opened a new outlet in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Spread over 1,500 square feet retail space, the newly launched store retails a wide range of footwear products for men and women and is the second exclusive store of the chain, according to a company press release.
Speaking on the store launch, Rajesh Rawtani, director, Zedds, said, “As part of our nationwide expansion and brand retailing strategy, we have set up this second store in Hyderabad. We are looking at rapid growth of the brand across India.”
The company plans to open 10 EBOs by the end of 2010 with traces in metros, state capitals and tier II cities. The proposed stores will be company owned and franchise outlets. Further, Zedds plans to expand through shop-in-shop format as well.
“We have made strategic awareness about our brand in Mumbai with Zedds Kiosks at PVR and Cinemax and plan to open a stand-alone store in Mumbai soon,” concluded Rawtani.
