Shilpa Shetty has launched Iosis, a medispa in Khar, Mumbai as a joint venture with entrepreneur Kiran Bawa on July 26.
“Beauty today is a business. I feel that in today’s fast paced life, people hardly find time to spend on their beauty and looks. Our idea behind opening IOSIS is that obviously people cannot do the treatments at home so we want them to spend some time with us and rediscover themselves,” says Shilpa Shetty.
The medispa will be a fusion of four aspects – styling, spa, salon and skin treatments, with treatments given under supervision of trained professionals.
Bollywood actress Rekha launched the spa. The event was attended by other celebrities including Sushmita Sen.
