In a franchisee tie-up, Maishaa – the luxury home fashion brand from the house of A K Retail Inc – has entered Mumbai with its boutique at Surprise Home Linen. Spread over an area of 1,500 sq.ft, this is fourth store of the brand in the country.
Maishaa has also announced the plan to open 25 more stores by March 2011.

Our Indian clients, in particular, display a very sophisticated knowledge for home interiors and thus we have high expectations from Mumbai as it is known for its lavish and sophisticated living. Maishaa, being a luxurious brand, matches the style.”
Maishaa, currently, owns a total retail space of 20,000 sq.ft and plans to expand in metros and mini-metros. The brand also has plans to open stores in Bangalore and Hyderabad in the coming months.
