Taking lead from Kerala’s model of wellness tourism, Karnataka’s Department of AYUSH plans to replicate its success story. It soon plans to set up five Ayurveda spa clinics in Bengaluru and other major cities. In a preparatory move, experts from different colleges across the state will get together for a brainstorming session. Further, these wellness clinics will see an amalgamation of both Allopathic and Ayurvedic modes of treatment to cater to a wider customer base.
