Haier, one of the largest home appliances and consumer electronics brands, has inaugurated its latest Experience Centre in Gurgaon. The 875 sq.ft centre, opened on June 24 at Plaza Mall, offers the customer a first-hand experience of the latest in technology, innovation. The company already has 10 Experience Centres in various Indian cities, including Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and Pune.
Eric Braganza, president, Haier Appliances (India) Pvt Ltd, said, “The Gurgaon Experience Centre has been inaugurated as part of our pan-India strategy to strengthen our retail presence. The wide range of products under one roof would help customers gain first-hand experience of the latest in the field of technology and innovation.”
The Haier Experience Centre is a retail channel concept that combines quality and choice across all product categories under one roof and promises the customer a better consumer buying experience. The products on display at these centres include select models across the entire range of refrigerators, semi and fully automatic washing machines, air conditioners, a wide range of LED and LCD TVs and the spa range of water heaters.
Haier products are currently available at 4,500 retail outlets across the country.
