G Plus, the official licensee of Italian brand ‘Miss Sixty’ in India, has recently opened a multi-brand outlet of shoes and accessories, under the brand name ‘Montenapo’, in Delhi. The new outlet at Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj is spread over an area of 1,600 sq.ft and offer brands such as Enroute, CanvaX, U.S. Polo Assn., Flying Machine and White, among others.
The company says the name ‘Montenapo’ has been inspired by an elegant and expensive street in Milan, Italy, which is famous for its ready-to-wear fashion and jewellery shops. “The store is named after the most important street in fashion – Via Monte Napoleone – in Milan. The store has been given a completely Italian decor which makes it different from other shoe stores in the market,” says Sanjeev Jain, CEO, G Plus.
On the USP of the new multi-brand store, Jain says, “At Montenapo, we do not believe in selling shoes; we believe in selling an experience. The store brings latest international trends in footwear and accessories to India.”
The company has invested Rs.one crore on the maiden outlet and plans to open 25 Montenapo outlets across the country in the next two years.
