Blue Foods Pvt Ltd, which operates different restaurant formats across the country, has launched Spaghetti Kitchen and coffee chain The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) at Forum Mall, Kolkata. The company now has eight Spaghetti Kitchen and 13 CBTL outlets across country.
"Expansion of both formats has been planned in Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune and other tier I and II cities in the next 6-9 months,” says Arun Chopra, head-operations, Blue Foods Pvt Ltd.
The new Spaghetti Kitchen outlet at Forum Mall, Chopra informs, has a seating capacity of 102, while CBTL offers seating for 36.
Spaghetti Kitchen is a speciality restaurant conceived to serve up a rustic and flavoursome Italian cuisine that is acquiring universal favour among Indian diners.
Founded in 1963, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is the oldest and largest privately-held chain of speciality coffee and tea stores in the US. CBTL currently has over 700 stores across the world.
Besides Spaghetti Kitchen and CBTL, other formats operated by Blue Foods include Copper Chimney, Gelato, Bombay Blue and Noodle Bar.
