New Delhi-based Ozone Fitness N Spa is planning to open 50 new fitness clubs and spas in tier I and II cities over the next five years. The company, which currently operates five boutique health clubs and spas in Delhi, Gurgaon and Hyderabad, will take the franchise route to strengthen its foothold across the country. It is also open to joint ventures in select locations.
Naveen Kandhari, MD, Ozone Fitness N Spa, says, “Our major focus would be to offer an exhaustive business support mechanism to our franchisees so as to enable them achieve their business objectives by attaining the overall market leadership position in the given geography.”
He stresses that the company has earmarked a comprehensive marketing plan to augment business presence in unrepresented areas. “But, without compromising the size and quality of the franchisee, as we believe franchisees are as good as company-owned outlets when it comes to customer satisfaction,” he adds.
