Vivacity Mall, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sheth Developers & Realtors, has announced that it has signed with Future Group to set up Pantaloons, a family store with value merchandise, at the upcoming Vivacity Mall, Thane. The store will be spread across 31,000 sq.ft on the first floor of the mall.
“Our tie-up with Pantaloons is in line with our promise of getting top brands in to Vivacity,” said JP Biswas, VP, leasing & marketing, Sheth Developers & Realtors. “We are confident that our entertainment, fashion and food offerings will form an integral part of our commitment towards the community at large in providing a world-class shopping experience. With these supreme brands made available under one roof, we strongly feel our customers will rediscover the way they shop.”
“Thane is a preferred choice for young affluent buyers due to its proximity to other parts of the city and infrastructural facilities. Rising consumerism and increasing purchasing power have led to a significant growth of modern retail in central and eastern suburbs. With its spacious, relaxing and unwinding designs, Vivacity plans to be a daily destination which is currently lacking in greater Mumbai,” added Biswas.
Vivacity will also house another 120 international brands, including leading names such as Nike, Esprit, UCB, Arrow, Levi’s, Pepe, Van Heusen and Allen Solly, among others. Over 80 per cent of the mall has been leased and is in its final stages of opening its doors to the shoppers.
Vivacity is spread over an area of one million sq.ft and claims to be one of the largest malls in the country.
