New Delhi-based food court and restaurant chain, Lite Bite Foods (LBF) recently opened outlets of its fine dining restaurants, Zambar and Fres Co each at Ambience Mall in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
Zambar serves a wide range of delightful cuisines from southern India’s legendary spice coast flavors that goes far beyond the run-of-the-mills sambhar, idli, dosa and vada. It has a seating capacity of 96 and the average bill value for two is Rs 1500.
Fresc Co which is a casual dining restaurant offering a healthy and fresh cuisine option to the people who are open to the Mediterranean flavours has a seating capacity of 70 and the average bill value for couple is Rs 1200.
“Due to the unique food offered at Zambar we tend to attract an audience who likes to experiment with food and experience new flavors. Young, urban, mobile,high end group”, said Rohit Agrawal, co-founder, Lite Bite Foods.
As far as Fres Co is concerned, Agrawal said “ Fresc Co’s light and friendly environment is an ideal option for an array of moods ranging from networking lunch to a casual family dinner”.
Currently LBF operates two Zambhar and four Fres Co outlets in Delhi NCR region. The company has plans to open outlets for each in an upcoming mall in Pune shortly.
