California Pizza Kitchen Inc (CPK), has announced the opening of its third restaurant in India. Opened by CPK franchise partner JSMGGC India Pvt Ltd, a joint-venture between Mumbai-based JSM Corporation and Dubai-based Gourmet Gulf Company, it is located at Infiniti Mall, Malad in Mumbai.
Speaking on the launch, Jay Singh, executive director and co-founder, JSMGGC said,“California Pizza Kitchen has received stupendous response from its Bandra Kurla Complex and High Street Phoenix restaurants. As part of our planned and phased expansion of the franchise, we are pleased to announce our third restaurant in one of Mumbai’s most popular malls. We look forward to strengthening the brand as we close 2011 with more such announcements!”
The 3,750 sq.ft restaurant seats approximately 150 people and will open daily from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The open-exhibition kitchen takes center stage where guests can watch as all of the innovative creations are prepared. The menu will include Original BBQ Chicken Pizza, Thai Crunch Salad and Kung Pao Spaghetti.
