Footwear major Bata India has opened a large-format store at Celebration Mall, Udaipur. Spread over 6000 sq.ft of shopping space, the outlet offers a wide range of of stylish footwear and accessories like handbags and belts for men, women and children.
The Bata showroom is made as per Bata’s global format; designed by experienced designers and architects, using the latest retail techniques and the best quality of furniture to enhance the store’s layout and provide for an attractive product display.
Bata has been constantly expanding its retail footprint across India and plans to launch many large-format outlets in the next few years. “We plan to open over 60 stores every year and continue to increase store density in tier II and III markets across the country,” said, Marcelo Villagran, MD, Bata India, at the inauguration of a store in Delhi few months ago. Bata has over 1,200 stores operation across India.
