HomeShop18, an Indian e-commerce company, has acquired the online books retailer CoinJoos.com. The acquisition is likely to strengthen the e-book business of the company as CoinJoos has over 10 million books available online. Post-acquisition the e-commerce site now plans to launch an online book store in the next few months.
Speaking on the occasion, Sundeep Malhotra, CEO, HomeShop18, said: “We are delighted to announce this acquisition.
