Magppie, a design-led brand for premium home accessories, is planning to concentrate on its footprints in the domestic market. Witnessing a trajectory growth of 200 percent y-o-y, the company is high on its retail plans in India.
Vinod Jain, MD Magpie International says: "Currently we have 16 stores in India and have plans to open 4 new outlets next month. We are also planning to have one store in Munich, Germany next year. In total, we are hoping to have around 100 stores globally in the next 3 years."
The company has expanded its product portfolio in three verticals — home accessories in the price range of Rs. 2,000 to 60,000, “modular kitchen” concept ranging from Rs. 15 lakhs to 60 lakhs, and this Diwali, the company is all set to introduce new artifacts ranging between Rs. 1 lakh and 20 lakhs.
The company enjoys presence in 25 countries and has a vision to have strong presence in the top 10 cities of the world.
