Real Estate Development Company Tata Housing has launched its first pan-India retail brand – GoodLife as part of its 65 acre township project in the suburb of Boisar, Maharashtra. GoodLife Boisar will be a Ground + 1 structure touted to bring mall culture to urban localities having no malls.
Speaking on the launch of GoodLife, Brotin Banerjee, Managing Director, Tata Housing said: “We are very excited to launch our first retail initiative GoodLife. It’s much more than a collection of shops with basic infrastructure and a conducive shopping environment. We are confident that Goodlife will become a destination shopping experience in suburban locations like Boisar and beyond.”
The company claims that GoodLife will serve as a hypermarket which will cater to daily requirements of the township by offering range of products such as apparel, accessories and services like a bank branch, ATMs, salon, restaurants, a café and entertainment – customized as per the requirements of the customers.
According to the company officials, the primary consumers of Goodlife – Boisar will include over 2,500 families staying in the township. There’s also the added advantage of being adjacent to Chillar Road, a 60-foot wide road that connects to NH8 Highway and is an arterial road interconnecting East and West Boisar.
