Must Read

Luxury fashionwear designer Tarun Tahiliani has opened a boutique in Hyderabad at Banjara Hills. Spread over 4,000 sq.ft. in an antique house, the outlet will stock collections from the Tarun Tahiliani Design Studio including chikankari sarees, masterful drapes, concept sarees, anarkalis, lehengas, sherwanis, and digital prints.

The designer’s embroidered merchandise in chikankari, gota, resham, sarees with Swarovski work, and structured drapes for special occasions and bridal wear for both men and women will also be available at the store.

Speaking on the occasion, Tahiliani said: “Hyderabad is inextricably linked with old-world charm and culture as is the Tarun Tahiliani Design Studio, making it the logical choice for our new store location. It is our first outlet outside Delhi and Mumbai and we found a wonderful old house for a stand-alone store which we have refurbished in Banjara Hills.”

The Johnnie Walker Blue label and Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve gift packs, handcrafted by Tahiliani, were also showcased at the store launch.

Tahiliani now has five flagship stand-alone boutiques; two each in Delhi and Mumbai, and one in Hyderabad. The designer also has an outlet store in Gurgaon that sells merchandise of the previous seasons at discounted prices.
