Dubai headquartered home furnishings company Marina Home has recently opened its second flagship store in India at Piccadilly Square Complex, Chandigarh. Spread over 20,000 sq.ft., the outlet will stock living room accessories, lighting fixtures and fabrics. Marina already has a 40,000 sq.ft. store in New Delhi.
The company had earlier announced that it is aiming for 50 stores, a mix of large and medium sized outlets, in India in the next five years. According to the company officials, in the initial phase of expansion, Marina will open large company-owned stores in key cities and then boutique stores across smaller cities and towns via franchise expansion model.
Incepted in 1998, Marina Home Interiors Retail Network is a known name in Middle East with presence across region’s most prominent malls and premium high street locations.
