BuyMore currently operates under Wholesale Cash & Carry (WC&C) format. We propose a Hub-and-Spoke model as the expansion plan to integrate each existing WC&C (Hub, under the brand name BuyMore) with 3-4 Hypermarts (Spokes, under the brand name HyperBazaar) and simultaneously building more such Huband-Spoke models across the country.
