Sunteck Realty Limited was founded in the year 2000 by Mr. Kamal Khetan (42) , a first generation entrepreneur. With a natural flair in realty, combined with an astute sense of finance and management, his foresight has enabled the ‘Sunteck Brand’ to create a differential for itself in the industry. His educational proficiency with a BE in engineering and Communications from Mangalore University together with his on ground experience has further perfected his analytical and technical skills. While taking ‘Contrarian calls’ set him apart amongst his peers, he is guided by the principle of adding value to stakeholders that manifest in his professional mannerism’s and conduct.
His visionary foresight is depicted by being the foremost to anticipate an opportunity in the residential space in India’s most promising commercial hub i.e. Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. At Sunteck, he is involved in the formulation of corporate strategy, acquisition, while providing guidance on execution and diversification plans of the Company. Under his guidance, Sunteck today manages a development portfolio catering to the ultra luxurious and premium segment of over 28 million square feet. The portfolio is spread across residential and commercial iconic landmarks in Mumbai city. He is associated and represents numerous industry bodies such as ‘Young Presidents’ Organization, MRICS (Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) and is also on the Council of Governors board of Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA).
