Zara goes online on Tmall.com in China

Leading Spanish fashion retailer Zara  has launched its official online store on Tmall.com, a Chinese third-party platform for brands and retailers, owned by  Chinese-ecommerce giant Alibaba Group as media sources has reported.

The newly launched portal will offer a range of products for women, men and kids as that found on zara.cn, Zara’s official website of China, and in Zara’s stores across China.The launch follows the successful opening of Zara’s e-commerce website in September 2012.Zara, owned by the Spain-based Inditex Group, is present in 73 countries, with a network of more than 1,540 stores, ideally located in major cities.
