Orion Mall, Panvel, the first mall in Panvel, Mumbai, is all set launch in early February this year, a source aware of development told Indiaretailing.
Located in the Hub of Panvel near Railway Station and Bus Depot, the project is developed and executed by retail estate group, M P Group.
The shopping centre has two lakh fifty thousand gross leasable area (GLA) and is expecting monthly footfalls of six lakh customers specifically from Navi Mumbai, Raigad District, Kharghar, Nerul, Balapur, New Panvel, Old Panvel, Seawoods Uran, Ulwe, Rasyani, Mahad, Roha, Karjat, Chowk, Khalapur, Kapoli, Alibagh, which collectively house a populace of 15 lakh growing at 15 per cent annually.
The mall is 90 per cent leased with anchors including Shoppers Stop, Hypercity, PVR, MAX, Mcdonalds, Barbeque Nation and Subway. Key vanilla brands include Allen Solly, Peter England, Arrow, US Polo, Blackberrys, Wrangler, Spykar, All, Jashn, Global Desi, Gangar, One Stop, Safari, Baggit and Mochi, among others.
