OnePlus opens service center in Bangalore, to open in 5 more cities

With just weeks left for the expected launch of its next flagship, OnePlus has announced the launch of its Exclusive Service Center (ESC) in Bangalore. The Bangalore ESC is the first of six such service centers that are scheduled to be launched by the end of next month. The other cities where ESCs will open include New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai.
According to the company, these state-of-the-art ESCs endeavour to bring transparency and professionalism while resolving customer issues within a guaranteed 1-hour turnaround time’. For remote locations within these cities, customers can optionally avail the complimentary pickup-drop service already offered by OnePlus.
In a press release, General Manager, OnePlus India, Vikas Agarwal was quoted as saying, “We are thrilled to launch our first Exclusive Service Centre in Bangalore. With this launch, we embark on a journey of a renewed commitment to resolve customer issues within an hour. Our promise to our fans is to offer exceptional smartphone experience while complementing it with world-class support and infrastructure. This is yet another step in fulfilling that commitment.”
As per OnePlus, these centers will be valued not only for their superior utility and functionalit but also for their entertainment quotient to the tech and non-tech enthusiasts. The service centres will also double as Omni-channel shopping experiences, where users can experience various OnePlus offerings offline before purchase.
The first-of-its-kind ESCs are strategically located at high-street retail destinations and premium malls for easy accessibility.
