According to the company released statement, Godrej Appliances intends to undertake brown-field expansion at two of their existing home appliances manufacturing facilities.
“Entailing an investment of around Rs. 200 crore, the brown-field projects will help to ramp up production of air conditioners, washing machines and refrigerators at both locations,” read the statement.

He added that Godrej Appliances had in April announced its plans to increase the number of exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) in the country within a year to 100 from 42 at present.
