LeMall receives 1 lakh registrations for first flash sale in India

Recently launched Chinese internet conglomerate LeEco’s online marketplace LeMall.com has received over one lakh registrations for its first flash sale in India of newly-unveiled superphones Le 2 and Le Max2.
According to IANS Report: The registrations for the device for Le 2 and Le Max2 would close at 11 am and 1 pm June 28, respectively.
The flash sale of Le 2 and Le Max2 would start at 12 pm and 2 pm, respectively on June 28.
Apart from superphones, LeMall in India also retails a product line-up that includes a wide range of gadgets and audio accessories, including LeEco’s bluetooth headphones and speakers, reverse in-ear headphones, all-metal earphones and Type-C Continual Digital Lossless Audio (CDLA) earphones.
According to the company, LeMall is the world’s second largest smartphone market and its launch in India symbolises an important milestone in establishing LeEco’s online footprint in the country.
“It will serve as the primary channel for customers to engage with LeEco and become a part of LeEco’s ecosystem through its products and services,” the company was quoted by IANS as saying.
LeMall was first launched in China in 2013 and is one of the leading e-commerce sites in mainland China, the US and Hong Kong. LeMall wants to replicate and achieve the similar success story in India.
From January 22 -24 this year, LeMall saw over 30,000 sign up for LeMall, taking the total number of LeMall US registrations to 60,000.
In Hong Kong, LeMall saw 12,423 superphones fly right off its digital shelves on January 13 this year during the debut sale, the company noted.
