With rich experience in the field of F&B and hospitality, Aji Nair is credited for the growth of Khandani Rajdhani from a mere 3-unit setup to a 29-unit chain of restaurants. Having worked with various established hotels and F&B verticals in Mumbai, Gujarat and Goa, Nair is responsible for sales, operations and overall growth of the Brand – Rajdhani.
Nair has been instrumental in growing Rajdhani outlets across multiple cities besides being actively involved in establishing other brands of the Mirah Hospitality including Rasovara – The Royal Kitchen, Palette (Food Court having eight sub-brands) and Nouvelle (Institutional Catering) right from their inception stage.
Under the leadership of Nair, Rajdhani has won many awards and accolades across print, food festivals, online contest, and websites.
A Post Graduate in Economics and Diploma Holder in Hotel Management, Nair has keen interest towards training and coaching and is a guest faculty at many Hotel Management Business Institutes.
