Ankur Gupta started his journey in the hospitality industry soon after completing his degree in hotel management.
He joined the iconic Taj Lake Palace at Udaipur as an assistant restaurant manager. There he was recognized as a star contributor and was awarded many accolades for guest satisfaction and business excellence.
He has also worked as a restaurant manager with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts and The Taj Mahal Palace.
Gupta has always been technically sound and tech savvy and was among the first owners of a food truck to effectively embrace social media for marketing.
His strong sense of brand presence has helped him expand the business further. Recently, he also setup quick service restaurants in Gurugram.
