The new Biggies Burger café is part of the QSR chain’s plan to open 50 outlets in the city by June 2023
Bengaluru: Homegrown burger chain Biggies Burger launched its 12th outlet Bigg Café, a new gourmet burger café at Kasavanahalli, Bengaluru. After launching a gourmet burger café at Kalyan Nagar in recently, the new burger café is a part of the brand’s expansion plans in the city.
“Since the launch of Biggies Burger’s first store, our mantra was innovation and that has been the key factor for our success till date. Through Bigg Cafés we are aiming to bring out a new experience for our patrons and we are happy to see that we have succeeded in doing it,” said Biraja Rout, founder of Biggies Burger.
Currently, Biggies Burger operates 12 stores in Bengaluru and it aims to launch 50 stores by June, said the brand in a press release.
Biggies Burger launched in Bengaluru in the year 2011. The company currently operates over 147 stores in 28 cities across India and by 2024 Biggies Burger is aiming to expand to over 300 stores and generate over 2500 direct employment at its stores and over 8000 indirect employment.
Recently the Bengaluru-based burger chain has secured Rs 5.5 crore as a part of its seed funding round led by Indian Angel Network, with participation from LetsVenture and a Singapore-based franchise of the company for its expansion across tier II and III cities. The chain also came up with the idea of localized menus soon after it started expanding across India.
