Bengaluru: Home furniture and decor brand WoodenStreet has launched its seventh store in Hyderabad located at Kokapet, the company said in a press release on Thursday. Spread across an area of 5,000 sq. ft., the new store marks WoodenStreet’s 96th store in India.
“As we open the doors of our seventh store in the vibrant city of Hyderabad, we are not just expanding our physical presence but it’s a reflection of our commitment to bringing innovative, designer and high-quality furniture closer to our customers,” said Lokendra Ranawat, chief executive officer, WoodenStreet.
Currently, the brand is targeting a revenue of Rs 50 million. As part of the expansion project, it has hired several professionals to spearhead its operations in Hyderabad and plans to create over 50 more job opportunities shortly.
Following its recent launch in Mumbai, the brand is planning to unveil an additional 50 stores across top Indian cities, the release added.
Founded in 2015, WoodenStreet operates over 90 experience stores across India and has more than 350 delivery hubs, delivering a range of over 30,000 products.
