The report delves into an in-depth examination of market performance of each sector throughout the quarter, shedding light on pivotal factors driving leasing activity such as regional distribution.

Key findings of the report are as follows:
- Retail sector recorded an all-time high leasing in 2023, touching 7.1 million sq. ft. across eight cities, an increase of around 47% on a Y-o-Y basis.
- Total retail supply also reached a historic peak at 6 million sq. ft. in 2023, over 316% year-over-year (YoY) increase.
- The retail leasing in 2023 was predominantly steered by fashion and apparel, with around 32% share in total leasing influenced by mid-range fashion value and athleisure brands.
