New Delhi: DLF Ltd. is building a Khan Market-style plaza in Gurugram that the company hopes will go on to become another retail destination in the millennium city.
“It is a premium neighbourhood plaza that will cater to the every day needs of the premium residents living in the area,” said Pushpa Bector, Senior Executive Director and Business Head, DLF Retail, the shopping centre unit of New Delhi-based real estate giant DLF. “It will have premium cafes , F&B (food and beverages), gifting and curated fashion along with an experiential cinema and an upscale wellness zone.”
A tree-lined Boulevard will set the tone as the entry to DLF Summit Plaza in Gurugram’s Sector 54 in DLF Phase 5. The centre will be spread over around 3.5 lakh sq ft and is expected to open next year, Bector said. DLF said the Summit Plaza is approachable through NH-48, NH-236 and Golf Course Road.

DLF is among the largest mall operators in India and it runs six malls in Delhi NCR and Chandigarh and two other retail/food and beverage destinations of DLF CyberHub and DLF Horizon Plaza in Gurugram, collectively sprawling its retail empire of around five million sq ft.
