Cantabil Retail opens 5 new apparel and accessories stores in January 2023

New Delhi: Apparel manufacturer and retailerCantabil Retail India Ltd. has expanded its retail footprint by opening five new exclusive stores in the month of January 2023. The stores have been opened at different locations—Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir; Pune, Maharashtra; Balia, Uttar Pradesh; Amritsar, Punjab and Faridkot, Punjab.  

With these store openings, Cantabil has reached the mark of 440 stores. The brand plans to keep expanding by opening six to seven stores every month. It will especially focus on tier 2 and tier 3 cities. This also marked the brand’s first retail store openings in Faridkot and Balia. 

“We are thrilled to announce the opening of the new Cantabil retail outlets across North and West India. Over the years, Tier II and Tier III cities have given us a tremendous response, making expansion plans easy and viable for the company. There is a significant increase in awareness about fashion trends amongst the people in smaller towns and cities, and hence we see immense potential in tier 2 and tier 3 markets for our expansion,” Deepak Bansal, director, Cantabil Retail India Ltd.

The brand plans include opening stores in West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and several North-Eastern states.

Launched in 1989, Cantabil Retail India Ltd. is in the business of designing, manufacturing, branding, and retailing apparel for men, women and kids under the brand name Cantabil. Currently, Cantabil is present across 19 states and in more than 200 cities.
