Eight-storied Krishna Curve has onboarded brands like Marks and Spencer, Mango and Home to Life
New Delhi: Krishna United Group has announced repositioning Krishna Curve, its eight-storied commercial building at Linking Road in Santacruz, Mumbai as a retail destination.
Linking Road, Santacruz in the Western suburbs of Mumbai is a high street known for housing many financial institutions.
“We wanted to build a new retail landmark on the high street, we have leased out approximately 1 lakh sq. ft,” said Anil Kankaria, ECHT (Leasing partner).
Some retail brands are already operational at the hub. These include Marks and Spencer occupying approximately 23,000 sq. ft., Mango occupying 10,000 sq. ft., Home to Life covering 10,000 sq. ft. and Fitness First with a 10,000 sq. ft. store.
Brands in the fit out stage include Nature Basket, Mirage & Avtara and Carnival by Passion.
Starting its journey in 1991, Krishna United, promoted by Sandeep Agarwal has an annual turnover of over Rs 2,000 crore and has expanded over the years into verticals like industrial chemical, real estate, hospitality, paints and wall decor, and green energy.
